About YellowArc
YellowArc is an independent digital services company founded in 2022 and based in Barpeta Road, Assam. We work with publishers and online businesses on search engine optimisation, advertising and web infrastructure.
Background
YellowArc was set up by Golap Hussain on 23 July 2022. Golap graduated in Computer Science and Engineering in 2014 and has worked on the technical side of the web since then: running Linux servers, building and maintaining websites, and working on search and advertising for content websites.
He started YellowArc to offer that combination as a service. A publisher’s search traffic, advertising and hosting affect each other: a slow server costs rankings, heavy ads cost page speed, and a migration can undo years of search work in a week. Handling them together avoids most of those problems.
How we work
A few rules that apply to every engagement.
Direct contact
Clients deal directly with the person doing the work. There is no account-management layer between you and the work.
Written scope
Every project has an agreed scope, price and timeline in writing before it starts, and changes to scope are agreed in writing too.
Your accounts, your data
Websites, servers, analytics and ad accounts stay in your name. We work with access that you grant and can remove at any time.
Measured results
We report on agreed measures, such as indexed pages, organic clicks, revenue per session or uptime, rather than on hours or activity.
Leadership
Golap Hussain
Founder and Proprietor
Golap holds a B.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering (2014). He works hands-on across Linux server administration, web performance and caching, search engine optimisation and advertising operations, and writes most of YellowArc’s tooling in PHP, Python, JavaScript, SQL and Bash.
